Traditionally, cyclodiacetate fibers are dyed using dyes that are less hydrophobic and have lower sublimation fastness than dyes for JIJ ester fibers, which are usually used for cycloacetate fibers, or when vivid colors are required. Although cationic dyes were used for dyeing, the color fastness of the dyes was not necessarily sufficient, and there were problems in applying it to fields that required high color fastness.0 Reasons for poor color fastness Dyeing methods using disperse dyes have been investigated to improve this problem due to the structure of the dye. Although it has been found that the dyeing temperature is 100°C or lower, sufficient color development and color fastness cannot be obtained even if dyeing with a highly hydrophobic dye is used.
10 to obtain sufficient color development and high fastness with these dyes.
There are cases where the fastness of some dyes improves when dyeing at high temperatures above 0°C, and in the case of diacetate/polyester blends, there are examples where polyester is dyed at the same time, but acetate The drawback is that the fiber properties are easily lost. This method diacetate fiber 1
When dyeing is applied to a material with a high mixing ratio of diacetate fibers or diacetate fibers at high temperatures, the crimps become loose and the fabric wrinkles become large, resulting in a significant deterioration of the fabric properties.

In addition, in the case of blended materials, some fibers may cause problems such as yellowing or deterioration of yarn properties due to high temperatures, and the fibers that can be blended are limited.

The diacetate fiber used in carrying out the present invention is a fiber made of cellulose acetate with an acetylation degree of about 55, and its mixtures include polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, polyacrylic fibers, etc. Synthetic fibers, blends containing 5 to 95% by weight of natural fibers such as cotton, wool, and silk, knitting, interweaving, intertwisting, etc.

The glycol ether compound used in the present invention not only has the effect of significantly improving fastness, but also has a deep dyeing effect, so it is possible to dye diacetate fibers at a temperature lower than the temperature at which the original color development is achieved. Therefore, it exhibits the effect of improving crimping during dyeing and wrinkles of the fabric. The usability of the compound in the dye bath varies depending on the dyeing temperature, time, mixing ratio of diacetate fibers, etc.
It is preferable to add 3.0 to 30% sodium chloride. Addition of less than 0.1% by weight has little effect on improving fastness, and addition of 3.0wt% accrual not only does not significantly increase the fastness dyeing effect, but also causes problems such as increased cost, tarring, and carrier spots. occurs.

More preferably, a compound with n=2 to 4 (2 to 4 moles of ethylene oxide group) is used for a glycol needle compound represented by the general formula σ with n=1 (1 mole of ethylene oxide group bonded). When a mixture is used in a proportion of 50 to 100% by weight, an excellent deep dyeing effect can be obtained.

The disperse dye used in carrying out the present invention can be freely selected from conventionally used dyes, and dyeing aids can be those conventionally used, as well as inorganic salts. For example, sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, etc. can also be used in combination. Note that the disperse dye that has a large effect of improving fastness in the present invention is preferably a hydrophobic disperse dye that is often used for polyester fibers, but is not necessarily limited thereto. Furthermore, compared to disperse dyes, diacetate fibers have the effect of improving fastness even to cationic dyes, which have poor fastness, and it is also desirable to use cationic dyes for vivid colors. Further, the treatment after dyeing of the present invention may be carried out by conventional methods such as reduction washing soaping and drying.
