Abstract

PURPOSE:To stop a lod accurately at a locking or releasing position by forming a cam surface having a special shape into a rotator. CONSTITUTION:In consideration of prevention of mulfunction due to over-run of a motor 22, a rotator 21 for supporting a hanger 19 is formed with a reverse segment cam 29 to secure wide locking position and releasing position ranges. That is, this cam 29 has a round top 30 contacting the hanger 19 in locking, a pair of slant surfaces 31, 32 extending downward from the top 30 and an arcuate lower surface 33 contacting the hanger 19 in releasing, the slant surfaces 31, 32 being formed at an angle of about 150 deg.-15 deg. to each other. In locking, the hanger 19 protrudes on the reverse segment cam 29 of the rotator 21 to contact the top 30 by a spring 20. The rotator 21 is connected to the output shaft of the motor 22 through a gear assembly 23.

Conventional steering locks are so-called mechanical locks that can be unlocked or locked by inserting a key into a key hole and rotating the key. A keyless steering lock is a lock that automatically unlocks when multiple button switches are pressed in a predetermined order and allows the steering shaft to be rotated. It was very difficult to control the rotation stop position. That is, in order to move the loft to the correct locked and unlocked positions, the low take must be stopped exactly at the locked and unlocked positions, and the low take connected to the rotating motor must be stopped precisely in this way. It is extremely difficult to stop the motor due to overrun or friction caused by inertia of the motor. In the field of control equipment, so-called stepping motors that can rotate and stop accurately have been developed, but this type of motor is expensive and large and cannot be used as a keyless steering lock motor.

Hereinafter, a specific embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 3, the keyless steering lock device according to the present invention has a frame 13 to which a hair ring 12 supporting a steering shaft 10 is fixed. The frame 13 has a cylindrical hole 14, and a bearing 12 is press-fitted into one end thereof and fixed by caulking. frame 1
A guide hole 17 communicating with the cylindrical hole 14 and a housing cavity 15 are formed in the upper part of the housing 3 . A lid 16 is fixed to the upper part of the housing cavity 15 by caulking, so that the inside of the accommodation cavity 15 cannot be manipulated from the outside.

The low-take 21st shape that supports the hanger 19 is the motor 2.
In order to ensure a wide locking position range and unlocking position range in consideration of preventing malfunction due to overrun of the locking mechanism 2, an inverted cam 29 is formed as shown in FIG.

That is, this cam 29 has a rounded top 30 that comes into contact with the hanger 19 when the lock is locked, and a pair of inclined surfaces 31 that extend downward from the top 30.
.. 32 and an arcuate lower surface 33 that comes into contact with the hanger 19 when unlocked, and the inclined surfaces 31 and 32 are approximately 150 degrees to 15 degrees to each other.
Preferably, the edges are formed at an angle of 90°. When locked, the hanger 19 protrudes above the reverse cam 29 of the low take 21 and comes into contact with the top 30 by the spring 20.

As shown in FIG. 4, reed switches 34 and 35 for detecting locked and unlocked states are arranged facing each other in a pair of holes 27 and 28 bored in the case 24 of the gear device 23. On the other hand, the rod 18 is connected to the hanger 1.
When the magnet 25 is raised by the motor 22 through the gear mechanism 9 and the gear device 23, that is, in the unlocked position, the magnet 25 embedded in the output shaft 36 of the gear device 23 approaches, and the unlocked position is detected. Conversely, the other switch 35 is activated when the magnet 25 approaches when the motor rotates to the locked position, that is, when the rod 18 is in the locked position, and the locked position is detected. Although reed switches are shown as the switches 34 and 35 above, it is also possible to use other switches such as microswitches.

Since the steering lock according to the present invention has a cam surface of the above shape, even if the low take stops at an inaccurate position due to motor overrun or friction, the error is compensated for and the lot can be accurately locked or unlocked. This has the effect of being able to stop at.
