Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）固定軸（Ｙ軸）に軸受Ｃ１，Ｃ２で支承された探
    触子の運動機構において、該探触子が他の軸受Ｂ１．　
    Ｂ２で揺動レバーを軸支し、該揺動レバーの他端は回軸
    アームに軸支され、該回転アームが可変角速度比伝動機
    構を介してモータの回転軸に結合されていることを特徴
    とする探触子運動機構。
  2. （２）上記探触子が超音波探触子であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の探触子運動機
    構。
  3. （３）　　上記可変角速度比伝動機構が、上記回転アー
    ムと共通の回転軸を有する楕円歯車と、上記モータの回
    転軸と共通の回転軸を有する他の楕円歯車を噛合させて
    形成した楕円歯車系であることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項に記載の探触子運動機構。
