胴２下部に嵌合し、そして長孔１３をフランジ８下方の
口頭部６に嵌合して堰体１に取付け、把手の使用時には
、把手体１０を外方に引出し、口頚部６を強制的に狭隘
部１４を通過させて円形孔１２に移すことを特徴とした
