Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable correct adjusting within short time through easy operation while to enable self-diagnosis of system by employing two sets of signal comparison circuits. CONSTITUTION:First referential level (voltage) A to be matched with the input voltage is set in first voltage comparator and upon droppage of voltage from a light receiver below first referential level, an output is produced to light a lamp 9. On the other hand, second voltage comparator 8 has the second referential level (volage) B set below the first referential level (voltage). Consequently when setting the upper and lower limits of brightness as the referential levels A and B for the voltage comparator, the brightness of all lightening tubes can be controlled within predetermined range by adjusting the variable resistor in the lightening tube and setting to the positions for lighting two lamps 9, 10.

An embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 will be explained below. (7) and (8) are signals whose input is the output signal of the light receiving device (6). The comparator is normally configured as a voltage comparator because the signal from the light receiving device is supplied in the form of voltage.

In addition, the first voltage comparison device (7) is set with a first reference value (voltage) that is compared with the input electrician, and outputs when the voltage from the light receiving device is below the first reference value. is generated to light up the lamp (9). On the other hand, the second voltage comparator (8) is set to a value lower than the first reference value (voltage IIE) as the reference value (voltage) to be compared with the person's voltage. It has a reference value (voltage) of Then, when the input voltage is higher than the second reference value, an output is generated to light the lamp (lO).

Therefore, if the standard value of @1 is A, and the standard value of $2 is B, the relationship between the input of each voltage comparator, the first and second reference values, and the output of each voltage comparator is summarized. The result is as shown in FIG.

As is clear from this figure, each voltage comparator (7),
When the input voltage to (8) is less than A (fj<Ff4), the first 'voltage comparator (7) generates an output, and when the input voltage is greater than B (however, the second voltage comparator (7) Since the voltage comparator (8) generates an output, only the lamp (9) lights up in the range where the input voltage is lower than B.
When the input voltage is between B and A, the two lamps (9) and (10) light up; In a large range, only the lamp (10) will be lit.

Therefore, if the upper and lower limits of the brightness of the light tube are set as the reference values A and A of the voltage comparator, then when adjusting the brightness, adjust the variable resistor (2) of the light tube and set the two By setting the lamps (9) and (10) in a position where they are lit, the brightness of all the tubes can be controlled within a predetermined range. According to this method, the time required for adjustment can be reduced to approximately 115 times compared to the conventional method.
