Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a coil material feeding device that smoothes loop control and prevents troubles such as loosening of the coil material by detecing the speed of the coil material being uncoiled controlling the speed of the driving motor of an uncoiler to bring the uncoiling speed close to line speed. CONSTITUTION:A coil material 5 uncoiled from the drum 4 of an uncoiler 2 is pressed by a pressing roll 6, and led to a leveller feeder 3 in the direction shown by an alternate long and short dash line. はアンコイラの起動・停止を頻繁に繰り返えして繰出し
速度を低下させざるを得なかった。しかしながら、重量
の大きいコイルをセットしたアンコイラを頻繁に起動・
停止させながら繰り出しだコイルのループを制御するこ
とは、モータに過大な負荷がかかり、制御も円滑にゆか
ない上、コイルがばらける事故を起し易いという欠点が
あった。

ープナ(15)とスレッディングテーブル06)とによ
って案内されて入ってきたコイル材(5)の先端部をワ
ークロール(2υへ導くだめのガイドプレートHとサイ
ドガイド(2■とが入口に設けられている。ワークロー
ル(2I)は上下に複数が設けられ、コイル拐(5)の
曲りを修正する役目をしている。出口側には上下1対の
フィードロール(22)が設けられている。フィードロ
ール(22)は間欠的に一定回転角ずつ回転し挾持した
コイル利(5)を矢印Fの方向に一定長さずつ送り出し

を繰り出す。コイル押えロール(6)は変速モータ(9
)によりコイル利(5)を繰り出す方向に若干付勢しつ
つ回転し、タコゼネ00)がその周速度を検出する。コ
イル材(5)の外径が小さくなると周速度も小さくなり
タコゼネGO)の出力はラインスピードに対応する設定
値より小さくなる。これを比較し、差の出力により駆動
変速モータ(I3)を増速させる。駆動変速モータ03
)の速度に応じてタコゼネa(イ)の出力が増減し、タ

上下に移動してゆく、通常運転中ループはループコント
ロール用光電管(I8)のBHにより制御され、ループ
が下りB 13で検出されると、その信号によりアンコ
イラ(2)の駆動変速モータθ3)を減速させ、ループ
が上りB I3で検出されなくなると、その信号で駆動
変速モータ(13)を増速させる。何かの異常によりル
ープが光電管08)のAAで検出されたときはレペラフ
ィーダ(3)を一時停止させ、BOで検出されたときは
アンコイラ(2)を一時停止させると共に要すればプレ
スを一時停止させる。なおアンコイラ(2)に両頭式と
したことにより一方を使用中に次のコイル材をセットし
