ある。 図中、１はモータ基体、３は固定軸、４はラジアル負荷
用空気溝、５はスラスト負荷用空気溝、６は空気抜き孔
、７は固定子、１０は巻線保持ボビン、１２は回転軸、
１３は栓体、１４は回転子、１８は光偏向鏡体、２２は
駆動制御用回路基板（閉塞部材）、２３は通気室、２５
は空気溜室、２６は鍔環（閉塞部材）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　モータ基体に立設された固定軸に対し外周面に回転
    子及び光偏向鏡体を具えた筒状の回転軸を嵌合し、この
    回転軸の回転時に該回転軸と前記固定軸との間に動圧空
    気流を形成せしめて空気軸受を行なう様にしたものにお
    いて、前記回転軸をその上面が閉塞する様に形成し、且
    つ前記固定軸にその上端から内部を通し下端部外面に開
    通する空気抜き孔を形成すると共に、該固定軸下端部周
    囲に前記空気抜き孔の開口と前記回転軸の下端開口とを
    連通させる略密閉状の通気室を形成したことを特徴とす
    る光偏向用モータ。 ２　通気室と隣接する部位には固定子が有する巻線保持
    ボビンと閉塞部材とで空気溜室が形成されていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の光偏向
    用モータ。
