Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the output of a coreless motor by forming a gradient in a magnetic circuit constituent member made of a magnet and a yoke in coincidence to the pulling slope at the time of shaping an armature coil, thereby reducing the distance between the yoke and the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A commutator 2 is mounted on a shaft 1, a coil 3 is integrally molded with a molding material 4 to form a cup-shaped armature, and mounted rotatably through bearings 5a, 5b on frames 6a, 6b, a magnet 7, an inner yoke 8, an outer yoke 9 and a brush 10. The magnet 7 and the yoke 9 are similarly formed with a gradient in coincidence to the pulling slope theta at the time of shaping a cup-shaped armature to construct a small air gap between the magnet 7 and the yoke 9.

の距離が増加し、その結果ヨークとマグネット間の空隙
を通る磁束が減少し、出力が低減するという欠点があっ
た。
