シムを介装して上記減速ピニオンの軸線方向の位置を調
整するようにしたものにおいて、上記シムのうち標準シ
ムの外周縁及び内周縁の少くとも一方に、軸線方向に撓
曲して上記ベアリングリテーナとディファレンシャルキ
ャリヤとの間の間隙を密封するシールリップを設けたこ
