て前記調節ねじの先端部が螺合連結されるタップ穴付ピ
ンを偏心位置に備えてなる接離板とを具備し、前記調節
ねじの回動によりローラアームを回動させて前記水元ロ
ーラと調量ローラとの接触圧を調整し、前記接離板の回
動により前記調節ねじを介してローラアームを回動させ
前記水元ローラを調量ローラから離間させるようにした
