Claims (1)

室に臨ませ、このダンパ室にスプリングを介装し、この

ロットピストン部を一体に設け、このパイロットピスト
ン部は、上記制御スプール内を貫通して、その先端をパ
イロット通路内に臨ませ、さらに上記側２ 御
スフ°−ルは、チェック弁側を小径部、７その反対側を
大径部として、ぞれら両端の受圧面積を相違、
させるるとともに、この大径部外周に流量制御部を形
成する一方、上記大径部内に形成したシート部より、パ
イロットピストン部に形成のポペット部を内側に位置さ
せ、これらポペット部とシート部とが接触してその外方
にダンパ室を形成する関係にしたカウンターバランス弁
