    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダイヤフラムケース内の第１圧力室と第２圧力室とを、
    第１圧力室側に突出する環状突部を有するダイヤフラム
    で隔絶すると共に、このダイヤフラムに固着された弁体
    の弁軸部を第２圧力室を通過させた状態でダイヤフラム
    ケース外部に突出させてなるダイヤフラム装置において
    、前記第？圧力室に前記弁軸部を囲繞すると共にダイヤ
    フラム側端部が開放された筒体を配し、且つこの筒体の
    開口縁がダイヤフラムの基準位置においてその環状突部
    の溝に当接するように構成したことを特徴とするダイヤ
    フラム装置。
