The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.
is an insulating box for a refrigerator or the like, and the box is filled with a foamable heat insulating material 4 by injecting a polyurethane foam stock solution into the space between an inner box 2 made of a synthetic resin material and an outer box 3 made of a metal material. A stopper 7 and a cylindrical body 8 are provided in the holes 5° 6 provided opposite to each other in both the inner and outer boxes, and the container is installed together with a cooler 9 in the refrigerator defined by the inner box. A conduit 11 of the dew pan 10 is provided so as to pass through the stopper and the cylinder.

Next, the manufacture of the heat insulating box 1 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 to 6. The inner box 2 and the outer box 3 are provided with holes 5 and 6 facing each other, and the plug I having the fin portion 7a is inserted into the inner box. Next, the inner box 2 is installed inside the outer box 2 so that there is a space against the wall of the outer box 3, and the inner and outer jigs 12. 13 will be installed.

After the foaming of the heat insulating material 4 is completed, the jig is removed, and the center of the plug 7 is pierced or cut into a circular shape using an appropriate tool, and the conduit 11 is inserted into the plug and the cylindrical body to connect the inner and outer boxes. It is manufactured through the steps of inserting the heat insulating body 15 into the cylindrical body 8 that is penetrated.

In this way, the holes 5 and 6 facing each other are provided in both the inner and outer boxes, and only the hole 5 in the inner box 2 is closed with the stopper 7, and the stock solution of the insulation material 4 is injected through the hole 6 in the outer box 3, and the stock solution injection plug is removed. The hole 6 of the outer box 3 is inserted into the hole 6 of the outer box 3 so as to be in pressure contact with the hole 6 of the outer box 3. After foaming the insulation material, the plug is broken and the conduit 11 is inserted into the plug and the cylinder. It can be used as an injection hole for the stock solution and also as an insertion hole for the cylindrical body 8 that guides the conduit 11 after injection, thereby eliminating waste of the outer box 3, reducing the number of parts, and simplifying the manufacturing process.

As described above, the present invention provides holes that face each other in the inner box and the outer box, and after closing all the holes in the inner box with flexible plugs, the inner box After installing a jig on the walls of both the inner and outer boxes excluding the holes in the outer box, insulating material is injected between the inner and outer boxes through the holes in the outer box using the on-site foaming method.
After injection, insert the cylindrical body through the hole in the outer box so that it is in pressure contact with the stopper, fix this cylindrical body with a jig, remove each jig after foaming the insulation material, and break the stopper with an appropriate tool to separate both the inner and outer boxes. Since a conduit is inserted between them, the hole in the outer box can be used as a stock solution injection hole and a cylinder insertion hole, and unlike conventional cases, an injection hole that is used only once is provided in the outer box and this hole is sealed. Since this is no longer necessary, the number of parts can be reduced and the manufacturing process can be simplified.
