部材とを、この車体側の部材に対して、前記コラムブラ
ケットが該フラムシャフトの軸方向下側に向かって相対
移動できるように係合し、前記コラムブラケットと前記
車体側の部材とを、コラムブラケットにコラムシャフト
の軸方向下側に向かって所定以上の荷重が作用したとき
のみ前記係合が外れるように固定部材により挟圧して固
定し、コラムシャフトを車体側の部材に支持したステア
リング装置において、前記コラムブラケットの、前記車
体側の部材に対面する部分における前記移動方向の端部
に、先端に向うに従って車体側の部材から遠ざかる案内
曲面を設けたことを特徴とするステアリング装置のコラ
