Claims (1)
計測器を介して乾燥気体が充てんされる試験容器と、こ
の試験容器内に収納され内部に真空引き接絶縁ガス光て
ん装置により第２の流量計測器を介して絶縁ガス充てん
される供試機器とを備え、この供試機器内に絶縁ガスが
充てんされ且つ前記試験容器内に乾燥気体が充てんされ
たときの初期と所定時間経過後の試験容器内の絶縁ガス
濃度を比較して前記供試機器内絶縁ガスの漏れを検出す
る装置とから成るガス絶縁電気機器のガスリーク検出装
