Conventionally, when molding a ceramic pipe, as shown in FIG. Generally, the base material (1) is extruded and formed between the extrusion molded product and the outer diameter of the eight rods 5) is the inner diameter of the through hole (1') formed inside the extruded product.

However, if the diameter of the through hole (1') is extremely fine, the diameter of the eight rods must also be extremely fine. The diameter of the 8-rod (5) must also be between 0.01 mm and several 11 mΦ, and not only can the 8-rod (5) be made extremely fine in this way, but also the diameter of the 8-rod (5) for the extrusion molding machine (A). The installation of the 8 rods (5) is difficult and frequent, and due to the discharge pressure and hardness of the substrate (1), the 8 rods 5) are worn out and deformed, and the 8 rods 5) are replaced in a short period of time. .. However, there are defects that lead to a dramatic increase in manufacturing costs and the complexity of the manufacturing process.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and its purpose is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and to reduce manufacturing costs even when the diameter of the internal insertion hole is extremely small, for example, 0.01 mm' to several III1Φ. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for easily and simply forming a ceramic pipe without causing a rise in the price or complication of the manufacturing process.

The basic method for achieving this purpose is to suspend the core wire from the nozzle of an extrusion molding machine so that it can be fed out, and then extrude it from the nozzle at the same time as the extruded base material, burying the core wire within the base material, and then forming the extrusion molding. By pulling out the core wire from the product and firing it, micropores are created in the core.

The core wire (2) has an extremely fine diameter, for example, 0.01 mm, and has an outer diameter corresponding to the diameter of the through hole (1') that connects the pipe.

Nozzle (b) inserted into the inside of C) and ready to be fed out.
When the extruded material (1) is discharged, it is inserted into the material (1) which is fed out together with the extruded material (1). This feeding is carried out by the action of tensile force and the like when the extruded material is discharged, but the top surface of the extrusion molding machine (A) and the mouth (a)
It may be wound around a roll (3) or the like provided at a desired location such as in front of the extruded material and fed out by a separate feeding device or the like in response to the discharging of the extruded material, or as mentioned above, it may be fed out sequentially when a tensile force is applied during discharging. It is also a good idea to In addition, this core wire (2) depends on the type of pipe to be formed,
That is, it is possible to suspend the necessary water corresponding to the number of through holes (1').

The base material (1) extruded from the nozzle (b) is extruded into a molded product (4) with the core wire (2) embedded therein due to its discharge pressure and viscosity. After cutting and drying, the core wire is drawn out and fired in an oxidizing or inert atmosphere to obtain a ceramic pipe (B) having a fine diameter through hole (1'') inside.

As described above, the present invention involves the steps of discharging the core wire from a nozzle together with the extruded base material, embedding the core wire in the base material and extruding it, pulling out the buried core wire, and molding the molded product in an oxidizing or inert atmosphere. Since the firing process is carried out sequentially, a ceramic pipe having a fine-diameter through-hole inside can be easily and easily formed using a core wire. Therefore, it is not necessary to manufacture 8 rods in an extrusion molding machine, which is almost impossible with conventional methods, and the difficulty and complexity of installation is eliminated.By sequentially feeding out the core wire, there is no need to replace 8 rods. Molded products can be easily and accurately made.

依って所期の目的を達成できる。Therefore, the desired purpose can be achieved.
