PURPOSE:To discharge a cutting scrap without stopping an operation and without breaking an atmosphere in a device, by providing specifically a notching device and a seal box, in a repairing device formed by connecting and providing a bead cutter of an electric welded part and a plating correcting device. CONSTITUTION:A bead cutter 1 and a plating repairing device 10 are covered with an internal seal box 12, and held in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. A rotary notching device 13 is provided on the front of the cutter 1 of the outside of the box 12, and the device 13 and the box 12 are covered with an external seal box 14, and held in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. A cutting scrap discharge port 16 having a seal mechanism 19 in the lower end part is provided on the lower side of the device 13 of the box 14. A guide roller 25 supported by a frame 21 energized to the lower part of the device 13 rotates following the running of an electric welded tube 7 moving to the right in the box 14 through seal mechanisms 9, 9, and the bead is cut at a constant interval by plural cutting tools 24. This bead part is cut by the cutter 1, becomes a cutter scrap of a prescribed length, and drops down to the discharge port.

FIG. 1 shows an example of an apparatus that performs repair by supplying a metal wire in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. A bead cutter 1, a heating device 2 for the bead cut portion, a preheating device 3 for plated metal wire, and a superparallel trowel 4 are arranged in this order in the direction of movement of the dangerous seam pipe 7, and the bead cutter 1 is surrounded by a seal box 5. In addition, the remaining eyelash extraction equipment is surrounded by a seal box 6 to create an inert or reducing non-oxidizing atmosphere inside the seal box 5.6.

When performing repair plating using such equipment,
A repair plating layer with excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, appearance, etc. can be obtained. However, there are some operational problems. Among these, the problem that most hinders operation is the discharge of a large amount of cutting waste when cutting the excess welding inside the seal box. In the case of unplated ERW pipes, cutting waste is generally generated stably and continuously, but in the case of plated ERW pipes, the cutting waste is sometimes continuously long, and sometimes intermittently. Because they are short and extremely irregular, it is difficult to continuously discharge the cutting waste without breaking the non-oxidizing atmosphere within the seal box. Therefore, the seal box 5 of the bead cutter section and the seal box 6 of the plating repair device are made completely separable.
When cutting waste accumulated in the factory, operations were stopped and the cutting waste was removed manually. However, this work significantly impedes the main attributes, and there is a strong demand for some kind of improvement measure.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to create a tightened steel pipe that allows cutting waste to be discharged without stopping operation or breaking the non-acidic atmosphere inside the equipment. The present invention aims to provide a repair device for electric resistance welding parts.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of this invention device will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. A plated metal wire preheating device 3 is placed immediately after the bead cutter 1, and the preheating device 3 is attached to the holder 11 with an appropriate angle of inclination. In this way, by arranging the plated metal wire 8 immediately after the cutting point where the bead cut surface temperature decreases little, and by slanting it to make it easier to melt the peg metal wire 8, the residual heat during bath welding prevents the plating from occurring. Since the metal wire 8 can be sufficiently welded, the conventional heating device 2 (
@Figure 1) is omitted.

An ultrasonic iron 4 is arranged after the holder 11. Then, an internal seal box 12 is provided to cover the plating repair device 10 from the bead cutter 1 to the tip of the ultrasonic iron 4.
The purpose is to maintain the trapping atmosphere in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Outside this internal seal box 12, a rotary notch device 13, the details of which will be described later, is provided on the front surface of the bead cutter I. An external seal box 14 is provided that covers this notch device 13 and the internal seal box 12. A gas seal mechanism 9.9 is provided at the inlet and outlet of the electric resistance welded tube 7 of the external seal box 14 to prevent outside air from entering the seal box 14. And the entrance side〃
The meseal mechanism 9 is designed to use non-oxidizing gas preheated to temperature A in order to remove moisture adhering to the front curve of the electric resistance welded tube 7. Further, a cutting waste outlet 16 is provided below the upper chip breaker 13 and has a lid 17 that can be opened and closed at the lower end. A sealing gas supply pipe 18, 18 for delivering an inert gas such as nitrogen is connected to the discharge port 16 and the lid 17, and a sealing mechanism 19 for the discharge port 16 is configured. It is designed to prevent

The rotary notch device 13 gives cuts to the welded excess portion at regular intervals, and is configured as follows. Reference numeral 21 denotes a gate-shaped frame having a guide 21a projecting from its top, and a shaft 23 inserted through its lower end. This portal frame 21 is biased downward by a spring 22 provided between it and the external seal box 14. The shaft 23 has a plurality of bits 24'+c and a drum-shaped guide roller 25 incorporated radially.
is rotatably mounted. The position of the tip of the cutting tool 24 is set at such a height that when the edge of the guide roller 26 is pressed against the outer surface of the electric resistance welded tube 7, a cut of a predetermined depth is made in the welding excess portion. 27 is a partition wall f'Lfc provided between the bead cutter 1 and the bead cutter 1;

Since the auxiliary cracking device for the electric resistance welding part of the present invention is as described above, it is possible to discharge the cutting waste to the outside simultaneously with the pipe making and plating sleeve (If) operations, and stable continuous operation can be performed. Therefore, the effect of reducing the product price due to the same main layer properties as described above is significant.Also, it has a double seal structure with an internal seal box that encloses the main parts of the device and an external seal box that covers the entire unit. As a result, a non-oxidizing atmosphere can be ensured, and the quality of the sleeve layer can be further improved.
