する第1の貯溜ビンと、上記第1の貯溜ビンから取り出
された新原料を上記破砕機に定量供給する第1の原料フ
ィーダとを有し、上記破砕機より排出された原料を篩分
けして一定粒度以下の細粒のみを製品として取り出し、
一定粒度に達していない粗粒を前記破砕機に還流させる
如くなした破砕シスシムにおいて、上記篩分けされた一
定粒度以上の粗粒を第2の貯溜ビンを経て第2の原料フ
ィーダにより前記第1の原料フィーダから排出される新
原料と共に上記破砕機に定量供給する如くなしたことを
