  1. 水又は湯Ａと空気Ｂとを混合し、平均気泡粒径が１０μ
    以下の微気泡を５〜３Ｑ（ＶＯＬ％）含む混合流体Ｃを
    形成するラインミキサ７と；一定量の前記混合流体Ｃを
    溜める貯槽６と；該貯槽６内の混合流体Ｃを流動させる
