図ａおよびす、　　ｃはこの発明の一実施例を示す断面
図である。 図において１は半導体素子、３は絶縁部体、６は気密性
金属部材、８は封止体、９は金属枠、１１１ま端縁絶縁
材である。なお図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
す。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数個の半導体素子を内部に収容し、表面から太
    陽光が半導体素子に照射されるように構成された絶縁物
    体と、前記半導体素子と絶縁され前記絶縁物体の前記表
    面と対向する裏面を被覆するように固着された気密性金
    属部材とで構成される封止体、この封止体の側面と前記
    裏面の周辺を覆うように予め所定の形状に形成された弾
    性を有する端縁絶縁材及び前記端縁絶縁材を介して前記
    封止体を支持する金属枠を備えた太陽電池モジュール。
  2. （２）金属部材は樹脂シートにラミネートされた金属箔
    であり、少なくとも封止体の側面に金属部材の端部が露
    出している実用新案登録請求の範、間第１項に記載の太
    陽電池モジュール。
  3. （３）金属部材が絶縁物体の裏面に接着されている実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の太陽電　゛池モジュ
    ール。
