Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce a flanged plate material having a sectional shape changing in the longitudinal direction with high accuracy and working efficiency by making movable one of stands attached with upper and lower dies having steps at the top and the bottom and passing the plate material between the upper and lower dies. CONSTITUTION:A roll forming device for a flanged (a) plate material (b) having the sectional shape changing in the longitudinal direction is provided with two sets of upper dies 5a, 5b and lower dies 6a, 6b, of which the gaps can be changed by sliding sleeves 7, 8, between stands 3a and 3b. Steps 6c, 6d for forming the flange part are respectively preliminarily provided to the dies 6a, 6b. Plural units of such roll forming devices are disposed on a straight line at a suitable interval. までの間に、無理なくフランジ部16aを立上がらせる
