動回転駆動される研摩プレートと、上記回転駆動軸に対
する上記偏心軸の偏心位置と１８０度離れた位置で上記
研摩プレートの揺動回転運動により発生するアンバラン
スモーメントに対抗し、サンダ一本体の振動を低減する
ように形成されたバランサーとを設けたものにおいて、
上記研磨プレートが中央部下面側を開口された凹状部を
備えて形成され、上記バランサーが該凹状部内に配置さ
れ上記開口をキャップを介し閉塞してなることを特徴と
