    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 誘電体ブロックに筒状の孔を形成し、この孔の内面に導
    電材料よりなる導電膜を形成改導線の一部に誘電体材料
    を被着した柱状の誘電体ユニットを上記孔に挿入し、誘
    電体ユニットの導線と上記導電膜とを静電結合させてな
    る誘電体共振器において、上記誘電体ユニットと上記導
    電膜との間に導電接着剤を充填したことを特徴とする誘
    電体共振器の誘電体ユニット固定構造。
