    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体集積回路において、各々の入力端子と電源端子間
    に、外部より選択できる切替器及び前記切替器□と直列
    にダイオードを接続し、前記切替器゛　　　　　と前記
    ダイオードを前記半導体集積回路の内部に構成すること
    により、未使用入力端子の処理を可能にしたことを特徴
    とする半導体集積回路。
