定接触子、４は可動接触子、５はピストンロッド、５０
１は貫通孔、５０２はつば部、６は集電子、７はピスト
ン、８Ａはピストン装置、８ａはバッファ室、９は可動
側導体、１０は支持絶縁物、１１はノズル、１２は中タ
ンク、１３は上タンク、１４は下タンク、１５はシリン
ダ部である。なお各図中同一符号は同一もしくは相当部

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　固定接触子に相対して設置された可動接触子前記可
    動接触子を前記固定接触子に対して開閉させかつ貫通孔
    が穿設されたつば部を有するピストンロッド、前記つば
    部を内周表面に摺接させる絶縁物からなるシリンダ、前
    記ピストン口、　　ラドに摺接し前記ピストンロッドに
    通電する価電子、前記集電子を収納し前記つば部と前記
    シリンダとでピストン装置のバッファ室を形成する導電
    体からなるピストン、および前記ピストンを支持する支
    持絶縁物を備え、前記シリンダを前記支持絶縁物に固定
    してなる流体吹行形開閉装置。 ２　シリンダと支持絶縁物とは一一体に形成されている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体吹行形開閉装
    置。 ３　支持絶縁物は、ピストンに通電する導体を貫通挿入
    したブッシングの絶縁物である実用新案、　　登録請求
