端面側面図、第５図は本考案に係わる不織布の他の実施
例を示した端面側面図、第６図は本考案に係る内装部材
をフロアマットとして構成した実施例を示す斜視図、第
７図は第６図の矢印Ａ方向に見た端面側面図、第８図は
他の形態のフロアマットを示す斜視図である。 １．６・・・不織布、９・・・バッキング層。

Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）短繊維のウェブにニードルパンチした不織布の一
    部分に、更に裏面よりフォークニードルによって、表面
    に立毛状柄出しを形成加工をした後、前記不織布の裏に
    バッキング層を設けた車輛用内装部材。
  2. （２）車軸の装着面に応当する形状に成形された実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の車輛用内装部材。
  3. （３）短繊維のウェブが、色彩の異なる複数の短繊維ウ
    ェブが積層されたものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項又は第２項に記載の車輛用内装部材。
  4. （４）成形時の展伸塵の小なる部分に立毛状パイル柄出
    し形成加工をした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第
    ３項のうちいずれか１つに記載の車輛用内装部材。
