のある触媒層３２を、かつ、その触媒層２の内側に位置
する状態で通気性のある保温材層３を設けて、前記保温
材層３及び触媒層２を通過した燃料ガスを前記触媒層２
の作用により燃焼反応させるべく構成した触媒燃焼式バ
ーナの点火装置であって、前記バーナ本体１の開口部側
の少なくとも一辺に、それの全長又はほぼ全長に亘って
沿う状態で熱風発生装置４に接続された熱風圧送用ダク
ト５を設けるとともに、このダクト５の全長又はほぼ全
長に亘って、前記触媒層２の表面に沿わせる状態で熱風
を噴出する口６を設けである事を特徴とする触媒燃焼式
バーナの点火装置。 ■ 前記バーナ本体１がそれの開口部を下向きにした状
態で設置使用されるものであり、かつ前記熱風圧送用ダ
クト５が前記触媒層２の下向き表面に対するパージ用エ
アーの圧送用ダクトにて兼用構成されたものである実用
