However, conventional ribs have a relatively small width in the flow direction.
Furthermore, since they are arranged perpendicular to the flow, thread-like or sheet-like foreign matter mixed in the fluid gets entangled with the ribs, making it difficult for them to separate in the surface flow, thereby impeding the flow. This has the disadvantage of causing a decrease in pump efficiency.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to remove the entanglement of thread-like or sheet-like foreign matter that goes around the ribs, thereby reducing pump efficiency. The point is to prevent it.

In order to achieve such an object, the spindle pump of the present invention has an intermediate bearing of a spindle disposed within the intermediate barrel that is supported by the intermediate barrel via a plurality of radially arranged ribs.
The ribs are inclined so that the end on the intermediate bearing side is located downstream from the end on the intermediate cylinder side, and the width of each rib in the flow direction is gradually increased from the intermediate cylinder side toward the intermediate bearing side. This is a special case.

With this configuration, it becomes difficult for thread-like or sheet-like foreign matter to wrap around the end of the intermediate bearing side of the rib that has a large width in the flow direction. Even if foreign matter is entangled around the end of the barrel side, the foreign matter is urged by the fluid flow and moves along the inclination of the rib to the end of the intermediate bearing side and becomes entangled. As the condition is released, the contaminants are naturally released by the surface flow of the ribs.

Therefore, it is possible to prevent a decrease in pump efficiency due to contaminants getting entangled with the ribs.

以下、本考案の一実施例を図面を参照して説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The rib 4 is a plate-shaped member with one end fixed to the connection part of the intermediate cylinder 5 and the other end fixed to the outer periphery of the intermediate bearing 3, and the end on the intermediate bearing 3 side is located downstream of the end on the intermediate cylinder 5 side. , that is, tilted upward.

The width W in the flow direction of each of these ribs 4 and the radius of curvature R of the upstream end edge are gradually increased from the intermediate barrel 5 side toward the intermediate bearing 3 side.

In an embodiment with such a configuration, the thread-like or sheet-like foreign matter contained in the fluid rising inside the guide cylinder 5 is trapped in the narrow part of the rib 4, that is, near the end on the intermediate cylinder 5 side. Even if the foreign matter becomes entangled with the foreign matter in a circular motion, since the ribs 4 are inclined as described above, the foreign matter is urged by the flow of fluid and is moved toward the intermediate bearing 3.

On the other hand, the intermediate bearing 3 side of the rib 4 has a width W in the flow direction.
Since the ribs 4 are large, it is difficult for contaminants to get entangled around the ribs 4.

Therefore, foreign matter entangled on the intermediate cylinder 5 side can also be removed from the intermediate bearing 3.
As it moves to the side, the entangled state in which it goes around the ribs is released, and it comes to follow the rib surface, and is swept away by the surface flow and released from the ribs 4 .

Therefore, foreign matter gets entangled in the ribs and stays there,
This makes it possible to eliminate the inconvenience of reducing the effective flow area of the intermediate barrel 5 and lowering the pump performance.

In addition, since the radius of curvature of the upstream end edge of the rib is gradually increased from the intermediate barrel side toward the intermediate bearing side, foreign matter that has moved toward the intermediate bearing side of the rib can be more smoothly removed by the surface flow. Can be done.

In the above embodiment, the radius of curvature of the upstream end edge of the rib is gradually increased from the intermediate barrel side to the intermediate bearing side, but the present invention is not limited to this. Of course not.
