【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は木工用プレナーに於けるプレナーの刃先調整用
測定具に係るものである。

木工用プレナーの刃先を良好に切削が出来る様に調整す
るには全刃幅に亘って出口抑えや刃先等の段差を数十ミ
クロンに設定しなければならないが、従来は作業者の手
先による勘に頼って調整していたものである。

で表わして未熟練者でも簡単に調整出来る様にしたもの
である。

本考案は上記の様に構成されているから今プレナーの刃
先を調整し様とする時は、先ずテーブル17の背面から
出口抑え19の下面に位置決めストッパー21を挿入し
、このストッパーに調整用測定具(即ち本考案品)に於
ける円弧状縁13を当てると共にローラー3を出口抑え
19に当てダイヤルゲージ12の指針を目盛0点に合せ
た後、ローラー13か゛図面第3図に示す様に回転刃1
8の刃先の直下に達する迄後退させてテーブルに対する
刃先の位置と出口抑えの位置との段差を測定し所望の段
差に調節して切削作業を行うものである。
