止される係止溝3が同一平面内で多数条形成された配列
板4と、この配列板の前記係止溝が形成された面に平行
に対向配置されかつ前記係止溝と平行な心線案内用のス
リットSを有する位置決め板5と、この位置決め板と前
記配列板とを平行面内でかつ前記係止溝と直交する方向
へ相対移動させて前記スリットを前記係止溝の一つに対
向位置合わせする駆動機構6と、前−、記位置決め板上
へ二本ずつ供給される前記心線の一端部を挾んでこの心
線に電気的に接触する挾持機構7と、前記供給される心
線の一端部を押圧して前記スリットに位置合わせする幅
寄せ機構9と、この幅寄せ機構によって位置合わせされ
る心線を前記スリット内を通過させて前記係止溝内に挿
入する挿入機構10と、前記心線の一端部を把持しかつ
この一端部を前記位置決め板上に一本ずつ供給する心線
供給機構11と、前記多数本の心線の他端部2])が電
気的に接続され、かつ、前記位置決め板上へ供給される
心線が前記挟持機構によって挾持された際にこの心線の
導通を検出し、この検出結果をもとに前記心線の一端部
