層の厚み方向の組成を示す曲線図、第４図はこの考案の
一実施例にかかわる第一磁気ヘッド層め厚み方向の透磁
率を示す特性図、第５図はパーマロイの電着時のメッキ
電流とパーマロイの組成の関係の一例を示す特性図、ｉ
６図はパーマロイの組成と透磁率の関係を示す特性図、
第７図はこの考案の一実施例にかかわる第一磁気へラド
コア層の作成条件となるメッキ電流の時間変化を示す曲
線図である。図において、１は基板、３は第一磁気ヘッ
ドコア層、４はギャップ層、５は第二磁気へラドコア層
