    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 四周を透明壁とした水槽の上方に蓋体を兼ねた筐体を重
    合し、該筐体の上方には浄化槽と植物栽培棚とを配設す
    ると共に水槽から浄化槽に水を汲上げる揚水ポンプを設
    ける一方、前記筐体には砂、砂利等からなる川床と仕切
    板とによって蛇行形の小川部分を設けると共に浄化槽は
    スポンジ等からなる濾過層を有する内筒と濾過水を流入
    する外筐とからなり、外筺には溢水を落下せしめる滝部
    分を形成するー・方、前記植物栽培棚には浄化槽の濾過
    水の一部分を分流するパイプを配設し、浄化槽の濾過水
    の大部分が前記滝部分と小川部分とを経て水槽に流下す
    ると共に濾過水の一部が植物栽培棚を経て前記小川部分
    に合流するようにしてなる植物栽培を兼ねた魚類観賞用
    水槽。
