  1. 鋳鉄製ピストン本体の頭部に凹部を設けて該凹部にセラ
    ミック部材を嵌着して成る内燃機関用ピストンにおいて
    、前記凹部の内壁または該内壁と嵌合する前記セラミッ
    ク部材の外周部で燃焼室側と反対側の奥部に、軸方向に
    沿うて環状の空隙を、　形成して両者を焼嵌１−て成る
    内燃機関用ピストン。
