れ入口開口部の水素ガスを前記拡散用容器の出口開口部
に熱拡散によって通過させる水素拡散物質と、前記拡散
用容器の外側に配置されこの容器内の水素拡散物質の温
度を昇降させる拡散用冷却加熱器と、この拡散用冷却加
熱器の冷却および加熱を制御する拡散用温度制御器とを
具備してなり、水素貯蔵物質、水素拡散物質の温度差を
利用して水素拡散物質の出力側に所望の水素ガスを得る
