力に対応した電気信号を送出する圧力検出ブリッジ回路
と、上記管内に固着された絞り機構の前後における上記
被測定流体の差圧に対応した電気信号を送出する差圧検
出ブリッジ回路と、これら各ブリッジ回路からの電気信
号を入力して上記被測定流体の標準状態における流量を
演算するマイクロコンピュータとから成り、上記各ブリ
ッジ回路及び該マイクロコンピュータとを同一基板上に
