・・・イオン交換塔、７・・・絶縁管、８・・・四方切
替弁、９・・・給水管、１０・・・排水管。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 純水を貯えたタンクと、このタンクの水面レベルより１
    気圧水柱を超える高所に設けたサイリスタバルブのサイ
    リスタ素子群と、このサイリスク素子群と上記タンクと
    の間を冷却器を介して管路により循環通水するポンプと
    を備えた冷却水装置において、前記管路に、ポンプの吐
    出圧力検出機構とこの検出圧力が所定の値を下回ったと
    きにその信号によりサイリスク素子群を含む系統を閉回
    路とする弁を設けたことを特徴とするサイリスタバルブ
    の冷却水装置。
