...is planted and protruded, and its terminals 2, 2,...
Guide grooves 3 for wires to be tied to the base of the terminal 2 are formed on the side surface of the terminal 2 in the open position. Also, on the front surface of this terminal mounting part l, protrusions 4 are protruded for stable fixing when attaching to the base, and the wires can be tied to the base of the terminal 2 using these protrusions. If it is not installed at a position lower than the height of 4, the installation to the board will sometimes be tilted, so conventionally the tip of the wire supply body such as a nozzle was placed at the very front of the terminal mounting part l. As a result, a collision with the protrusion 4 would inevitably occur.

して説明する。Therefore, the present invention has been made with attention to this point,
A winding system that avoids collisions with protrusions when rotating a wire supply body such as a nozzle, and also makes the wire entwined to the terminal base stronger and more accurate, reducing the incidence of defective products. It provides a method for assembling, and its gist is as follows:
In the method of winding wires around the terminals of electronic components for mounting on boards such as small coils and small transformers, a tapered surface is formed on the outer edge of the front surface of the base of the terminal mounting position of the frame-shaped terminal mounting part with multiple terminals protruding from it. A wire is brought into contact with the formed side surface, and a wire supply body such as a nozzle is passed through the recess formed at the front end of the wire guide groove between the terminal mounting positions, and the tapered surface is used as a guide for the wire to the terminal base. , a winding winding method characterized in that the tip of the wire supply body is rotated in a locus inclined with respect to the terminal.Next, an example of the implementation of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. explain.

いる。10 in the figure is a small coil to which the present invention is implemented, and this small coil 10 has a winding drum 11 at the rear like the conventional product.
The terminal mounting part 12 has a terminal mounting part 12, and a plurality of terminals 13 are planted and protruding from the front surface of the terminal mounting part 12. A tapered surface 14 is formed on the outer edge of the front surface of the base at the mounting position of the terminals 13, 13, and the front end surface of the guide groove 15 of the entangled river edge that exists between the tapered surfaces 14, 14 is deeply depressed. A recess 16 is formed.

。Here, in order to implement the present invention with respect to the terminal 13 of this small coil 10, the wire 18 wound on the winding drum 11 is extended through the guide groove 15 to the front surface of the terminal attachment part 12, and the wire of the nozzle, etc. The supply body 19 is rotated around the terminal 13. During the rotation, the wires to be twisted are initially brought into contact with the flat side surface 20 of the portion where the tapered surface 14 is formed, and are guided and slid by the tapered surface 14, and the terminal 1
to reach the base of 3. Further, at this time, the tip of the wire supply body 19 is passed through the recess 16, and the rotation locus of the tip is assumed to be inclined with respect to the terminal 13.

。The tip of the wire supply body takes a rotational trajectory that is inclined with respect to the terminal (mir)' - line T! It is possible to properly guide the wire to the base of the terminal after completion of the wire supply, and to perform stable and reliable binding, and by passing the wire supply body through the recess, there is no possibility of collision with the fixing protrusion. can be avoided, and the incidence of defective products can be significantly reduced.
