Claims (3)
- （１）端子を備えた正特性サーミスタと、前記正特性サ
ーミスタを収納する断面コ字状の絶縁性ケースと、前記
ケースの開口部を覆う絶縁性蓋とからなり、前記３者を
接着剤により同時に固着してなる正特性サーミスタ装置
。 - （２）絶縁性ケースが軟質で孔を有しかつ熱伝導性に冨
み、また絶縁性蓋が硬質で孔を有しかつ断熱性に富むも
のからなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の正
特性サーミスタ装置。 - （３） 絶縁性ケースと絶縁性蓋が嵌合して固着され
てなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の正特性
サーミスタ装置。
