グと、該キャップケーシングの外周面に沿って適宜間隔
を有して交互に逆方向に突出配列されたヨーク部材と、
該ヨーク部材の外周面に巻回されたコイル部材とから成
り、該コイル部材への通電による前記バルブロータリの
回転により前記オリフィス面積を可変とする流量制御弁
