In an ultrasonic probe in which an extraction/elbow passage is formed extending from the top wall to the bottom wall of the main body of the ultrasonic probe, a large number of ultrasonic transducing elements are arranged along the inside of the bottom wall of the main body. 1. An ultrasonic probe characterized in that at least two rows of the above are arranged, and the frequency bands of the ultrasonic waves transmitted and received by the ultrasonic transducer elements in each row are different from each other.
