Conventional methods for providing this type of function to molding molds include simply lengthening the finger pins so that the slide core does not fall out from the finger pins even when the mold is split, or adding one end of the spring to the mold. A method in which the other end is fixed to the slide core, and when the slide core finishes sliding against the elastic force of the spring, the restoring force of the spring prevents the slide core from falling (hereinafter referred to as spring). Alternatively, a recess into which a steel ball can be inserted is provided on the sliding surface of the slide core of the mold, and a steel ball biased by a spring is inserted into the recess, while a steel ball is inserted into the slide core. A method in which a locking recess that can be locked by a ball made of steel is provided, and when the slide core slides on the mold surface, the steel ball protrudes into the locking recess by the restoring force of a spring and locks the slide core. (hereinafter referred to as the ball check method) and other methods have been adopted.

However, with the method of increasing the length of the finger pins, it is necessary to increase the size of the mold as a whole, and therefore the size of the molding machine must also be increased. Also, with the spring method, the size of the mold as a whole must be increased, or in particular, The structure is naturally complicated, and it takes time to maintain and manage the spring strength during long-term use.Furthermore, even if the ball check method is adopted, the spring has the same disadvantages as the spring method, and the slide core is made of metal. Although it slides along the sliding groove or sliding protrusion provided in the mold, it tends to meander considerably and does not engage the ball at the designed position, and furthermore, the slide core Since both the ball and the ball are normally made of steel, the tube has various drawbacks such as severe wear caused by the impact when they are locked together.

The molding mold of the present invention was developed to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional products with an inclined surface. A locking protrusion capable of locking the slide core when the mold is opened is provided on one of the slide core sliding surface of the mold and the slide core in a direction substantially perpendicular to the moving direction of the slide core, and on the other side. The invention resides in a molding die characterized in that an elastic body having a locking recess into which the locking protrusion can be fitted is attached with the opening of the locking recess facing downward.

To explain the shape of the elastic body 8 with reference to FIG. 4, a locking recess 9 is provided upward from the bottom surface of the rectangular parallelepiped, and the cross section of the locking recess 9 is shaped like a keyhole and opens downward.
The upper end of a portion 11 extending parallel to the upper end of the chamfered portion 10, which is narrower upward from the center of the bottom surface, is connected to an arcuate portion 12 having approximately the same diameter as the locking protrusion 7. The width of the parallel portion 11 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the locking projection 7.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, finger pins 13 are provided on the stationary mold side to protrude obliquely downward toward the movable mold a, and the finger pins 13 slide when the mold is closed. The slide core 3 is inserted into a pin insertion hole 14 drilled in the core 3 and a pin insertion hole 15 drilled in the movable mold a, and when the mold is split and the movable mold a moves, the slide core 3 is guided by the finger pins 13 and slid in the sliding groove 5 bored in the movable mold a, thereby moving downward.

In the mold of the present invention, the slide core 3 may be provided on the movable side mold a, the fixed side mold, or both. However, if it is provided on the fixed side mold, the slide core 3 may also be provided when the mold is split open. Since the molded product body is left attached to an unnecessary molded product such as a spool, it is necessary to take appropriate mold release means.

In this example, an example using finger pins was described among the methods of sliding the slide core using the mold opening mechanism, but the mold can be moved by using a hydraulic cylinder, geared motor, etc. The present invention can be implemented even in a molding die in which a slide core is slid without using a splitting mechanism.

Since the molding mold of the present invention has an inclined structure, there is no need to complicate the structure of the mold or make the mold larger than necessary, and the slide core can be locked without impacting it. This makes it possible to prevent the mold from falling, making maintenance management of the mold easier.
