The general structure of a belt-type packet elevator will be explained with reference to FIG.
A drive pulley 5 is provided in the frame 3 on the head of the frame 3 which is linked to a drive device 4 protruding from the frame 3, and a driven pulley 1 is provided in the lower part of the frame 3 so as to be movable up and down via a take-up device 6. , 7 A belt 9 on which a plurality of packets 8 are mounted is rotatably provided under tension between the driving pulley 5 and the driven pulley 7.

The take-up device 6 has a gravity type 6a and a screw type 6b.The belt 9 is tensioned in advance by a weight and a screw, and the belt 9 is rotated by the rotation of the drive pulley 5, and the powder particles input into the input chute 2 are rotated by the rotation of the drive pulley 5. The body is lifted up by a packet 8 that ascends within the frame 3, and is discharged through a discharge chute 1.
The powder and granules are transported to a high altitude.

However, even if a take-up device is provided to properly tension the belt 9, the belt will stretch when the elevator is stopped and there is no load on the conveyed object. Although the two sides are the same, if the cargo is operated without load, there will be a difference in the elongation between the two sides, and when the load of the cargo is added, the changes will become more complicated depending on the amount of load. Therefore, setting the take-up belt tension required a high level of skill, and it was difficult to check during operation.

Because of these conditions, operation often continues with inappropriate belt tension, and slipping between the belt and pulley causes the rotating belt to become lopsided, interfere with elevator components, and cause wear and tear, as well as scattering due to interference impact. It had dangerous drawbacks such as causing dust explosions.

The purpose of this invention is to detect the circumferential speed difference between the drive pulley and the driven pulley by a synchronous rotation detection device connected to both pulleys, detect the load by a load detection device connected to the drive device, and calculate the load value. The purpose is to adjust the amount of transported goods to be supplied within a proper range, and adjust the amount of belt tension so that the circumferential speeds of both pulleys are equal, in order to normalize the operation of the packet elevator.

The amount of conveyance is increased or decreased by the gate 10, and the amount of conveyance is adjusted by the load indicator 15 so that the load indicates the upper limit of the setting range,
The drive pulley 5 and the driven pulley 7 are detected by the rotation difference indicator 13c.
The tension of the belt 9 is adjusted by the take-up device 11 so that the belts rotate at the same time, and then the conveyance amount is adjusted by the gate 10 so that the load indicator 15 indicates within the upper limit of the set load, and the conveyance amount is adjusted by the rotation difference indicator 13c. When a rotation difference is detected, the belt 9 is tensioned by the take-up device 11.

By doing the above, when the tension amount of the driven pulley 7 matches the elongation of the belt 9 at the upper limit of the set load, the elongation of the belt 9 is less than the elongation of the belt 9 during the normal load C1, and the amount of tension of the driven pulley is sufficient.

On the other hand, if the packet 8 attached to the belt interferes with the elevator frame 3 or the conveyed object gets stuck at the bottom of the elevator, the resistance causes only the conveying side of the belt 9 to slip before the drive pulley 5 and belt 9 slip. The tension resistance of the abnormal elongation is detected by the load detector 15, and the drive pulley 5
The rotation difference between the drive pulley and the driven pulley is detected and the drive is stopped.

As explained above, the present invention is capable of rotating the driven pulley by connecting the receiving and transmitting rotor of the synchro electric machine to the driving pulley shaft and the driven pulley shaft of the elevator that tension the belt between the driving pulley and the driven pulley. Since resistance can be eliminated and the rotation difference between both pulleys can be accurately detected from the phase difference of the rotor, slippage between the belt and pulley can be reliably detected.
Accidents caused by belt and pulley slipping can be avoided directly.
