ウレベルの電圧を交互に印加する手段とを有し、前記ハ
イレベル及びロウレベル期間の割合を変更することによ
りキャプスタンモータを正方向あるいは逆方向に回転さ
せるようにしたことを特徴とするキャプスタンモータ駆
