  1. シールドされたキャビティと、このキャビティ内に一端
    が接地され他端が絶縁された状態で固定される螺線状の
    導体コイル−と、この導体コイル内に挿入され導体コイ
    ルとの間で微小容量を形成する接地導体とを具備するこ
    とを特徴とするヘリカル共振器。
