りバルブ6、配管7およびエルボ8を介して供給される
ものが実施されている。

て開口する比較的巾の広い加工液供給口を形成する部材
とを設け、がつ上記加工液供給口の対向側側壁に加工液
排出口を設け、加工液を加工槽内全域にわたって流動さ
せて排出させるように構成したことを特徴とするもので
ある。
