Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a circuit breaker in which a breaker mechanism is housed in a casing consisting of a cover and a base, an arc exhaust port is formed in the cover, and the arc exhaust port is connected to the vicinity of the contact point of the breaker mechanism and two parts of the relay. 1. A circuit breaker characterized in that an exhaust passage is formed in the cover and extends from the arc discharge port along an upper part of the cover.

(2) The circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust passage is formed by integrally molding a tunnel hole in the cover.

(3) The circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust passage is formed by insert molding a hollow pipe into the cover.

(4) The circuit breaker according to claim 1, 2, or 3 of the utility model registration claim, in which the exhaust passage is opened on the side where the load side terminal is disposed.

(5) The circuit breaker according to claim 1, 2, or 3 of the utility model registration claim, in which the exhaust passage is opened on the side of the housing where the terminals are not provided.
