Abstract

PURPOSE:To acumulate papers while aligning by providing a side edge limiting member as well as the leading edge limiting member, paper aligning rotary member, nail wheel and rear end aligning section in a paper aligner/accumulator. CONSTITUTION:A paper accumulator will lead the paper 60 fed from a paper carrying member 1 to a leading member 10 provided on a mounting member 20 thus to accumulate the papers onto the upper face of said member 20 while contact the leading edge in the direction of the paper 60 against a leading edge limiting member 30. A plurality of flexible nails 43a-43d, 44a-44d having the center of rotation coaxially with said member 1 are planted radially while a nail wheel section 40 provided to cross with the paper carrying direction, member for limiting the side edge of the paper, rotary paper aligning member for moving the paper to the side edge limiting member side by means of a pair of vanes and means for aligning the rear edge of the accumulated papers are provided in the paper accumulator to align the papers smoothly.

Traditionally, devices that align and stack paper sheets such as banknotes,
The leading edge of the fed filter paper leaf in the longitudinal direction is regulated by a leading edge regulating member, and the side edge in the width direction is regulated by a pair of side plates fixedly installed to match the width of the paper leaf. ing.

However, if the paper sheets being conveyed through the conveyance path are shifted in the width direction, the sheets will come into contact with the side plate during stacking, but may be bent due to the contact. Even if the direction of the force is corrected, it is often not possible to obtain sufficient Jni+ and the sheets are piled up in a lenient state. There were problems such as clogging in the crevices. Moreover, even if the sheet is conveyed without being displaced in the conveying width direction, the leading edge of the sheet may come into contact with the regulating member during feeding, and the reaction may cause the sheet to be displaced in the opposite direction to the feeding direction or in the width direction. In addition, there is also the drawback that if the paper sheets are stacked in one trench, the stacked paper sheets cannot be sufficiently aligned. In particular, when the paper sheets to be stacked are banknotes, the banknotes handed to the customer are often bundled. It has to be arranged in an orderly manner, but I am still not satisfied with it.

As described in detail above, the present invention guides the paper sheets fed from the paper sheet conveying member using a guide system provided on the upper part of the mounting member so as to accumulate them on the surface of the ridge arrangement member. In the paper sheet stacking device, a leading edge regulating member is provided in close proximity to the paper sheet conveying member, and is provided with a leading edge regulating member that comes into contact with the leading edge of the paper body in the entire feeding direction and completely restricts the leading edge of the stacked paper sheets. During rotation, several flexible molds protrude radially from the periphery that intersect with the paper transport direction, and the paper is fed from the paper transport member and folded by these flexible molds. The leading edge of the leaf is held and the leaf is cleaned and sent to the transporting member, and the trailing edge of the leaf, which is in a floating state when the leaf leaves the conveying member, is rapidly pressed down to the surface of the accumulated paper sheets. A mold wheel member that is made to run along the side, a side edge regulating member that regulates the side edge on one side in the width direction of the accumulated paper sheets, and a side edge regulating member that is attached to the shaft of the rotating shaft near the other side. A sheet aligning rotor is provided so that the rotation of a pair of blades engages and disengages the other side edge of the sheet to be fed and deposits, and moves all the sheets toward the side edge control member. Since the edge alignment part is provided to align the trailing edges of the stacked paper sheets, unlike conventional stacking sheets, the paper sheets contact the side plate and bend, and are stacked in that state. Therefore, even if there are many corrections in the width direction, the sheets will be aligned ten times. Also, the leading edge of the sheet will come into contact with the leading edge regulating member, and the reaction will cause it to shift in the counter-feeding direction or in the width direction, leaving it in the same state. According to the present invention, all of the disadvantages such as not being able to collect enough stacked paper sheets are eliminated, and the paper sheets to be fed and folded are neatly and neatly aligned with their leading edges and side edges. This has an excellent effect in that it can be aligned.
