、このブレーキパッドを前記フライホイール内側面方向
又は反フライホイール方向に付勢するばねを設け、前記
ブレーキパッドをばねの付勢力に抗して摺動させる伝動
部材を配設し、この伝動部材に手元側ブレー手操作部か
ら延出した牽引部材を止着したことを特徴とするエンジ
