示面とし、例えばA面1aを透明板としB面lb、C面
ICを有色透明板とする。各表示面は外側表示板1の底
面に備えた歯車4をモータ5を介して回転駆動させるこ
とによって所定の表示面が得られる。内側表示体2には
可撓性のある例えばゴムシート等の仕切板6を円筒部の
外周を三分割するように図のように取付ける。三分割し
た各円筒形の領域を表示面となしそれぞれA′面2a、
B’面2b、C’面2cとする。この場合A′直面2a

体2に取付ける。その取付は第5図に示すように内側表
示体2の円筒部に溝10を設は仕切板6を挿着し接着固
定する。また表示面の位置決めはパルスモータ駆動によ
り所定の回転を与えることによシ選択的に所望の表示面
を得ることができる。その回転方向は本実施例では外側
表示体1を反時方向、内側表示体21を時計方向とした
が何れの方向でもよいことは勿論である。このような表
示素子とすることにより外側及び内側表示体の表示面を
重ねることによシ減法混色による多色化が可能となる。
