Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ステアリングを支持するステアリング支持メンバーをフ
    ロントピラー間にカウルトップと平行に配置し、該ステ
    アリング支持メンバーの中央部をフロアに立設した支持
    脚で支持したものにおいて、上記支持脚の上下端部をボ
    ルト結合によりステアリング支持メンバー及びフロアに
    連結し、上記支持脚に圧縮荷重若しくは引張荷重が作用
    したとき、支持脚の上下端部のいずれか一方がボルト結
    合部位より外れるように該支持脚の一端部には圧縮方向
    と略直交する方向に伸びるボルト挿通用切欠穴を形成す
    ると共に、他端部には引張方向に延びるボルト挿通用切
    欠穴を形成したことを特徴とするステアリング装置の支
    持構造。
